Can I see what people typed?
No. You see the summary each person reviewed and approved. Their chat stays private, which is why they're candid.
Is it anonymous?
Responses show the person's name by default. People who open a shared link can choose to stay anonymous.
Can the AI put words in someone's mouth?
No. Each person sees their summary before it's submitted and can change anything.
What if people don't respond?
Candro follows up with everyone you add by email, and you only pay for responses that come in.
What counts as a response?
Only answers someone submits. Your own test runs and interviews people start but don't finish are free.
What happens when I run out?
Nobody gets turned away. New responses wait, locked, and you can see who responded. Buy more and they unlock straight away.
Is there a subscription?
